At Jen's Fantastic Finds, we take absolute care in packaging and shipping your curated designer finds and vintage treasures to ensure they arrive safely, securely, and promptly at your doorstep.
1. Order Processing Time
- Handling Time: Most orders are processed, carefully inspected, and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days.
- Shipping Schedule: Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Shipments and deliveries do not occur on weekends or major holidays.
- Tracking: You will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information as soon as your package has been handed over to the carrier, allowing you to follow its journey.
2. Carriers & Delivery Methods
To ensure the safest and most reliable delivery, we utilize major domestic carriers depending on the package weight, dimensions, and destination:
- Carriers: United States Postal Service (USPS), UPS, or FedEx.
- Standard Delivery Time: Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the continental United States.
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates provided by the carriers and may vary slightly based on destination proximity or seasonal volume.
3. Shipping Rates & Sales Tax
- Calculated Shipping: Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout. Rates are based on the exact weight and dimensions of your selected items, as well as your delivery zip code.
- Sales Tax: Any applicable state and local sales taxes will be automatically computed and clearly displayed during the final step of the checkout process before you complete your purchase.
