Because we specialize in carefully curated, premium designer retail and unique vintage treasures, we maintain a strict inspection process to protect the integrity of our collection. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help guide you through our return process.

  • Return requests must be initiated and postmarked within 14 days of delivery.
  • The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

1. Return Window & Conditions

  • 14-Day Limit: Return requests must be initiated, and the package must be postmarked, within 14 days of the original delivery date.
  • Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for a full refund, the item must be returned in the exact condition it was received. It must be unworn, unused, undamaged, and complete with all original tags attached.
  • Packaging: Any accompanying designer packaging—including original boxes, dust bags, authenticity cards, and accessories—must be returned intact. Items returned with missing packaging or signs of wear will not be accepted.

2. Return Shipping

  • Buyer Responsibility: The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Tracking & Insurance: We strongly require that you use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance for the full value of the item. Jen's Fantastic Finds is not responsible for packages that are lost, misdelivered, or damaged during transit back to our facility.

3. Refund Processing

  • Inspection: Once your return is received, our team will thoroughly inspect the item to verify its condition and authenticity. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Timeline: Approved refunds will be automatically credited back to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days. Please note that your banking institution or credit card company may require additional days to process and post the transaction to your account.
